Use Image 2 as the post photo in the feed of Image
1. Keep the Instagram interface exactly as it is (my username, my "Your story" circle, the other stories, icons and text), and only replace the post photo.
Make my raised arm and hand extend out of the photo, up through the post header and into the stories bar. My hand is pinching the edge of my own "Your story" profile circle, as if lifting it between my fingers. The arm slightly covers the username text. Match skin tone, lighting and shadows so the hand looks real and naturally attached to my body in the photo. Sharp edges, no distortion, no extra fingers.
